Free cycle lessons

Many London councils offers free cycle lessons, or at least subsidised ones. Check the councils where you live, work or study, as you're usually eligible for any of these.

Riding in a group is a great way to build up confidence. Our leisure routes follow car-free or low-traffic routes, and more experienced cyclists are always there to provide advice and reassurance.
